Terms of Service
General
✨ The projects are digital goods, meaning that they will not be sent in a physical form.✨ I refuse to use any artwork created by AI✨If you need the commission to be kept private, this must be discussed at the start of the commission. Otherwise I reserve the right to post the works on my social medias and/or stream the work progress on my twitch.✨The commissioned work may not be edited, copied or traced either by the client or by third parties.✨ANY USE OF MY WORK FOR NFTs AND/OR A.I. TRAINING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Contact
✨ The client may contact me through Twitter DMs or via Discord (faeboundttv)✨Communication should be kept through a single source during the process of the commission. If there has to be a change in source please run it by me first and the change can only happen once. This is so that all information regarding the commission can be kept in one place.✨Should the client continuously try switch forms of communications I reserve the right to cancel the commission. A 20% fee of whatever has been paid will be kept for time rendered during the progress of the commission.
Progress
✨ As the designer I reserve the right to deny any commission request I see fit for any reason without explanation✨Commissions are not on a first-come, first-served basis. Start and completion depends on communication between the designer and the client as well as complexity of the commission.✨ Work will only start after a payment has been made on the commission and final product will not be given until the last payment has been received✨ Generally the time for completion is two (2) to four (4) weeks after start date of the commission. The client will be made aware of said start date and any delays that may arise during to process.
Revisions
✨ Clients may request two (2) revisions free of charge during the rough draft stage✨ Minor and major revisions during the design and finished stages of the commission will be subject to an added fee depending on the serve rendered✨ Once the product has been delivered and rendered complete no revisions may be made. Client will be subject to full price of the product if any changes are asked to be made after delivery.
payment
✨ Payment plans are available but must be discussed before the designer accepts the commission✨ The designer will not start on the project until a payment has been made✨ Base prices are subject to change without notice. Any commissions started before any changes will not be affected✨ If the client takes and uses any rough draft work and does not follow through with the commission they will be blacklisted and will not be refunded any money paid towards the commissions final price.
usage & rights
✨Prices are personal use only, commercial use will be subject to an additional fee and discussion of any commercial use must included in the initial commission process✨The client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but may not alter the artwork itself in other way✨ By commissioning the designer, the client is commissioning the designers labor and a digital copy of the commissioned work. The designer retains all rights to the work, which includes but is not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the design as an example for sales and/or self-promotion✨The client may upload the commissioned work to their personal website or social media, but credit is required✨The designer retains the right to recycle designs and works rejected by the client for other commissions or personal works✨ANY USE OF MY WORK FOR NFTs AND/OR A.I. TRAINING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
refunds
✨ The client must have a legitimate reason for a refund✨ Once the commission is marked finished, it is non-refundable✨ If the commission is in the rough draft stage, the client will be refunded 50% of payment made✨ If the commission is out of the rough draft stage, the client will receive a 25% refund of payment made✨ At any stage of the commission of the client does not respond within one (1) month to the artist for any reason (within reason) the designer may cancel the commission. If the commission was already paid the client has one (1) month to reach out to the designer to request a refund. After allotted time, no refunds will be made✨The designer may cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish and/or inappropriate. The client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.
